Abstract:
A preparation method of a modified starch-grafted polylactic acid oligomer thermoplastic composite material. The preparation method involves: (1) adding 100 parts of modified starch, 50-100 parts of a polylactic acid oligomer reactant, 8-15 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 1-3 parts of citric acid and 0.5-5 parts of an initiator into water, stirring same uniformly, and then carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to form an emulsion; heating the emulsion to 70-90ºC, and continuing to stir for reaction for 5-12 h; and (2) demulsifying the emulsion of step (1), and then drying same to prepare the modified starch-grafted polylactic acid oligomer thermoplastic composite material. A film prepared from the modified starch-grafted polylactic acid oligomer thermoplastic composite material has a good transparency and ductility and a strong machinability, will easily degrade under natural conditions and is low in cost, and can be widely applied to packaging materials.
