Abstract:
A preparation method for a multifunctional plant-sourced composite material used for fiber spinning, comprising: preparing modified plant-sourced powder, preparing modified nanosilicon dioxide, preparing a modified polymer matrix and performing modification blending. The modified polymer matrix and the modified plant-sourced powder have higher intermolecular force therebetween, thus enhancing the adhesive force of active substances in the plant-sourced powder on polybutylene succinate so as to reduce loss during composite material preparation and spinning processes, and improving the thermal stability and acid and alkali resistance of the composite material to a certain extent. Therefore, the prepared composite material is suitable for spinning processes of a plurality of fibers such as polyester fibers, polyamide fibers, acrylic fibers, polypropylene fibers, spandex, lyocell, modal, acetate fibers, viscose fibers and cupro fibers.
