Abstract:
The present invention relates to a preparation method for a photovoltaic cell string and a preparation method for a photovoltaic module. The preparation method for a photovoltaic cell string comprises: during a preparation process of connecting photovoltaic cells into a photovoltaic cell string by means of interconnection busbars, first routing the interconnection busbars on the back surfaces of the photovoltaic cells to the surface of a first adhesive film, then adhering the photovoltaic cells to the surface of the first adhesive film, and fixing the interconnection busbars on the front surfaces of the photovoltaic cells by means of an adhesive, wherein the adhesive is applied after the routing. The preparation method for a photovoltaic module comprises: packaging the photovoltaic cell string prepared by the described preparation method for a photovoltaic cell string into a photovoltaic module by means of a module layout step and a module lamination step; and covering the front surface of the photovoltaic cell string with a second adhesive film, wherein under a lamination process condition, the interconnection busbars are completely fixed onto the surfaces of the photovoltaic cells by means of the first adhesive film and the second adhesive film. The present invention has the beneficial effects of convenient preparation and low costs, and can ensure direct contact between the interconnection busbars at the positions of the adhesive and the photovoltaic cells, thereby avoiding EL blackening.
