Abstract:
A preparation process for a flame-retardant, colored and anti-infrared fiber, comprising the following steps: tackification, melting, metering and spinning, cooling and oiling, pre-interlacing, set-stretching with three rollers, primary interlacing, and winding, to obtain the finished product. In this way, the physical and mechanical properties of the fiber can be maintained to the greatest extent, so that the fiber has good flame-retardant and anti-infrared functions, and the preparation process is simple and is easy to operate; in addition, the energy is saved, the pollution is decreased, the production costs are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
