Abstract:

A connector (100, 200, 311, 312, 313, 510) for a display device (110, 321, 322, 323) and the related display device (110, 321, 322, 323). The connector (100, 200, 311, 312, 313, 510) comprises: an input cable interface (101, 210, 411, 501), used for connecting to an input cable so as to receive an inputted composite signal; a signal processor (102, 220, 412, 502), used for processing a first signal in the composite signal so as to obtain a video signal used for display of the display device (110, 321, 322, 323); a signal separator (103, 230, 413, 503), used for separating a second signal from the composite signal and generating a direct current voltage on the basis of the second signal; a video signal output interface, used for connecting to a display interface of the display device so as to output the video signal obtained by the signal processor to the display device (110, 321, 322, 323); and a power output interface (105, 250, 505), used for connecting to a power supply interface of the display device (110, 321, 322, 323) so as to output the direct current voltage generated by the signal separator (103, 230, 413, 503) to the display device (110, 321, 322, 323). Thus, signals having multiple properties are transmitted by using one cable so as to reduce external connection interfaces and connection lines.
