Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a prepreg for manufacturing a layered body that is suitable as a structural material, that has outstanding bonding strength, and that can be integrated firmly by welding to another structural member; and a layered body. The present invention is a prepreg that includes constituent elements, namely [A] reinforcing fibers, [B] a thermosetting resin, and [C] a thermoplastic resin, wherein: [A] has surface free energy, measured by the Wilhelmy method, of 10–50 mJ/m2; [C] is present on a surface of the prepreg; and [A] reinforcing fibers are present, included in both a resin region that includes [B] and a resin region that includes [C] and straddling a boundary surface between the two resin regions.
