Abstract:
A preservative content detection device and detection method for fruit juice production, relating to the technical field of food production and related devices thereof. The device comprises an outer barrel (3), a driving assembly (2) is provided right below the outer barrel (3), and a stirring assembly (8) is provided in the outer barrel (3); hydraulic cylinders (6) are bilaterally symmetrically connected to the lower surface of a top plate (4) connected to the upper surface of a second gear motor (81), and the lower surfaces of the hydraulic cylinders (6) are connected to the upper surface of a bottom plate (1) located below the outer barrel (3); the upper surface of the outer barrel (3) is connected to a top cover (31), the rear side of the upper surface of the bottom plate (1) is connected to an L-shaped support plate (51), and the front surface of the L-shaped support plate (51) is connected to a flexible heater (5). The device is provided with the driving assembly (2), the stirring assembly (8), the hydraulic cylinders (6), the top cover (31), and the flexible heater (5). The driving assembly (2) and the stirring assembly (8) are provided so that fruit juice in the outer barrel (3) is stirred more uniformly, and the inner side wall of the outer barrel (3) can be conveniently cleaned. The hydraulic cylinders (6) and the top cover (31) are provided, so that people can conveniently move the stirring assembly (8) out of the outer barrel (3), thereby facilitating the maintenance of the stirring assembly (8) by people; and the flexible heater (5) is externally provided, thereby facilitating the maintenance of the flexible heater (5) by people.
