Abstract:
A waste shrimp head collecting and cleaning device based on chitosan production, which device relates to the field of cleaning waste shrimp heads. The waste shrimp head collecting and cleaning device comprises a mounting base (1), a cleaning block (2) movably arranged on an inner side of the mounting base (1), and a cleaning component, which is arranged in the middle of the interior of the cleaning block (2), wherein a separation component is provided on the cleaning block (2), and waste shrimp heads are separated from each other by means of the separation component; the individual waste shrimp heads are cleaned by means of the cleaning component; an absorption component is provided on the cleaning block (2), and is configured to remove impurities and water; the interior of the cleaning component is provided with a separation hole (6) and a water guide groove (7); and the cleaning component comprises a positioning plate (3) fixedly mounted in the middle of the interior of the cleaning block (2), a pressing plate (4) fixedly mounted directly above the positioning plate (3), and a spray head (5) arranged inside the positioning plate (3). The device allows waste shrimp heads to be separated so that same are cleaned separately, such that the waste shrimp heads are cleaned more thoroughly, and it is easier to remove water and impurities from the separated waste shrimp heads, thereby achieving a better effect of separating waste shrimp heads and impurities, and facilitating the water removal of the waste shrimp heads.
