Abstract:
The present invention provides a press forming method for shaping a side bracket, the method comprising the steps of: seating a material to be shaped on first and second lower dies of a first press machine and pressing the material to be shaped using a first upper mold, thereby shaping a pair of basic frame members having flange portions bent downwards; arranging the pair of basic frame members on third and fourth lower dies of a second press machine such that the flange portions face downwards and re-pressing the pair of basic frame members; arranging the pair of basic frame members on fifth and sixth lower dies of a third press machine and pressing/punching the pair of basic frame members, thereby forming first fastening holes; arranging the pair of basic frame members on seventh and eighth lower dies of a fourth press machine and, while pressing flange portions on one side of the basic frame members facing each other, forming first bending portions; arranging the pair of basic frame members on ninth and tenth lower dies of a fifth press machine and pressing/punching the first bending portions, thereby forming second fastening holes; and arranging the pair of basic frame members on eleventh and twelfth lower dies of a sixth press machine and, while pressing flange portions on the other side of the basic frame members, forming second bending portions.
