Abstract:
A pressure cooker according to this disclosure comprises: a pot having an opening in the upper part thereof; a cover body for covering the opening in an openable and closable manner; and a pressure sensor unit (21) contained in the cover body and detecting pressure within the pot. The pressure sensor unit (21) includes: a pressure sensor (27) for detecting the pressure; and a communication passage CP for providing communication between the space in the pot and the pressure sensor (27). A diaphragm member (24) formed from an elastic body is provided within the communication passage CP, and a closed space is formed within the communication passage CP between the diaphragm member (24) and the pressure sensor (27).
