Disclosed is a pressure regulating and metering device for an industrial gas engineering pipeline system, the device comprising a bottom plate (1) and a regulating and metering device (7). A first connecting cylinder (10) is arranged on an outer wall of the top of the bottom plate (1), and a warning device (9) is arranged on an outer wall of one side of the first connecting cylinder (10); a signal input end of the warning device (9) is connected to a processor by means of a signal line; a first telescopic rod (4) is slidably connected to an inner wall of the first connecting cylinder (10), and a first fixing knob (3) is arranged on an outer wall of one side of the first connecting cylinder (10); and a gas sensor (8) is arranged on an outer wall of the bottom of the regulating and metering device (7), and a signal output end of the gas sensor (8) is connected to a signal input end of the processor by means of a signal line. The device can measure the concentration of gas; and if the gas leaks, the gas sensor (8) transmits a signal to the processor, and the processor acts on the warning deice (9), such that people can be warned about a gas leak.
