Abstract:

A pressure roller lifting apparatus for a leveling feeder, comprising a hollow support (11). An adjusting shaft (12) horizontally passes through the support (11); a handwheel (1) is provided on one end of the adjusting shaft (12); a worm (9) is mounted on the adjusting shaft (12) and located within a cavity of the support; a worm gear (13) matching the worm (9) is provided in the support (11); an upper guiding member (7) and a lower guiding member (10) are respectively provided on the upper side and the lower side of the support (11); a lifting rod (8) capable of lifting vertically is matingly provided in the upper guiding member (7) and the lower guiding member (10); the middle of the lifting rod (8) is provided with an externally threaded section which is engaged with the center of the worm gear (13); a mounting base (6) is provided on the upper end of the lifting rod (8); a mounting hole for mounting a pressure roller shaft is provided on the mounting base (6); a timing belt pulley (2) is further mounted on the adjusting shaft, and the timing belt pulley (2) is connected to a digital display mechanism (4) by means of a timing belt (3). The pressure roller lifting apparatus is applicable to a leveling feeder, can easily adjust a pressure roller nip, has high adjustment precision, and can intuitively display a variation of the pressure roller height.
