Abstract:
This pressure-sensitive switch includes: a substrate which has a recess formed therein, which includes a first connection terminal disposed around the recess, and which includes a plate-shaped second connection terminal disposed on the bottom surface of the recess; a dielectric which is disposed in the recess and comes into contact with the second connection terminal; and a flexible electroconductive sheet that has a lower surface which comes into contact with the second connection terminal, that is disposed above the dielectric so as to be separated from the dielectric, and that forms a capacitor with the second connection terminal. The second connection terminal, the dielectric, and the electroconductive sheet form a variable capacitor, the capacitance of which varies in accordance with the pressing of the electroconductive sheet.
