Abstract:
A pressurizing and shaping apparatus for a battery cell, the apparatus comprising a support frame, a cross beam, a load-bearing sliding plate and a fixed frame, wherein the fixed frame is provided with: a length-direction pressurization mechanism (4), which is used for pressurizing, in a lengthwise direction, a battery cell to be packed; a length-direction reference apparatus (8); a width-direction pressurization mechanism (7), which is used for pressurizing said battery cell in a widthwise direction; a width-direction reference apparatus (9); a height-direction pressurization mechanism (5), which is used for pressurizing said battery cell in a heightwise direction; and an attachment mechanism (11), which is used for attaching to said battery cell and then lifting same. The pressurizing and shaping apparatus for a battery cell can effectively perform pressurization and shaping on a battery cell and then convey same into a PACK box; moreover, the apparatus can reduce the volume occupied by non-battery-cell components in the PACK box, improve the energy density of a battery, and improve the endurance mileage of a new energy vehicle.
