Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a pretreatment apparatus for a glass-magnesium plate template, comprising an assembly line and a glass-magnesium plate template provided on the assembly line. The assembly line is provided with a flushing mechanism used for removing material residues attached to the surface of the glass-magnesium plate template and a watering mechanism used for wetting the glass-magnesium plate template; a material residue scraping and moving part is provided between the flushing mechanism and the watering mechanism; the material residue scraping and moving part is fixedly connected to the assembly line; two sides of the assembly line are provided with a translation part used for controlling the flushing mechanism and the watering mechanism to move along the assembly line; and the translation part is provided with a baffle making the glass-magnesium plate template static on the assembly line. The present invention can be adapted to glass-magnesium plate templates of different width specifications and length specifications, such that the application scope of the present invention is expanded; the glass-magnesium plate template is uniformly watered, such that the machining quality for the glass-magnesium plate is improved, and the waste of water resources is avoided; and the working process comprises adhered material residue detection, flushing, scraping and moving, and watering for wetting, and the whole process is automatic, such that the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
