Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a pretreatment liquid for inkjet printing that has excellent color developing properties in an inkjet printing step and washing fastness in printing fabrics, and produces a less residue in pretreatment. The problem is solved by a pretreatment liquid for inkjet printing that contains water, 100 parts by mass of a cationic polymer (A), 5 parts by mass or more and less than 100 parts by mass of a (meth)acrylic vinyl copolymer (B), and 2 parts by mass or more and less than 30 parts by mass of a crosslinking agent (C) in respective solid content ratios and has a weight solid content of 2-30 mass% inclusive in a liquid.
