Abstract:
Provided are a printing blanket that suppresses a transfer failure of ink from a printing original plate to the printing blanket while maintaining precision of a printed image, a printing blanket manufacturing method, and a printing method using the printing blanket. The printing blanket according to the present invention is provided with an elastic body that deforms in conformity with the shape of a surface to be printed. The elastic body is provided with a printing surface pressed against the surface to be printed. The printing surface has a plurality of concavo-convex shapes over the entire area thereof, wherein a difference in height between the highest part and the lowest part of the concavo-convex shapes is 2 μm or more and 20 μm or less.
