Abstract:
A process method using a magnetron sputtering technique for achieving flame retardancy of a polyester-material automotive interior. Said method comprises the following steps: selecting a target material, manufacturing a mixed flame retardant material to be deposited into a plate material target, and measuring the distance between a substrate and the plate material target; cleaning the substrate, such that a surface for coating of the substrate is free of contamination and ready for use; performing preprocessing of a coating chamber, firstly, injecting a gas into a vacuum chamber for a period of time, then lifting a bell jar, mounting the substrate, and cleaning the coating chamber; preparing a gas, and filling a process gas; performing coating and optimization, and applying a voltage between a cathode and an anode, so that a glow discharge is then generated between the two electrodes to perform coating, optimizing the coating, and wrapping same on a surface of a moving workpiece, so as to increase a deposition rate; and ending, packaging, turning off a direct current or radio frequency power supply, turning off an argon valve, and packaging the workpiece on which the coating is completed and storing the same. Provided is the process method with an optimization function for coating a flame retardant material on a polyester-material automotive interior.
