Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for producing gasoline and diesel fuel oil from waste plastics, especially from waste polyethylene, polypropylene or polystyrene, and apparatus thereof. The process comprises the steps of feeding the stock with an extruder, depolymerizing at elevated temperature, catalystic cracking and fractional distillation, which is characterized in applying a depolymerizing agent JG - 01, a catalyst for catalystic cracking and a specially made depolymerizing reactor for melting and depolymerizing the stock. The extraction yield of gasoline and diesel fuel oil is 70 % or more. The process is also suitable for producing gasoline and diesel fuel oil from waste fuel and residues of vegetable oil.
