Abstract:
Disclosed is a spherical granule containing a slightly water-soluble substance,
which is suitable for film coating. The spherical granule can be produced by
layering a spherical core particle with a layering solution containing the substance
and comprising a microfine crystalline cellulose and an emulsifying agent for
improving the suspension stability.
