Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To obtain a processing system in which management of products is facilitated and
many kinds of product can be fed on a line while being mixed without requiring a
complex system arrangement. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A processing system for
holding a plurality of articles to be processed on a carrying tool for each lot
and performing a series of processing on the articles to be processed while carrying
the carrying tool, comprises a plurality of processing units (1-6) performing
a predetermined processing on the articles to be processed for each lot, means
(7a-7g) for carrying the carrying tool among the plurality of processing units,
and a management means (9) for controlling the processing units and the carrying
means. The management means (9) imparts individual management numbers associated
with respective lots and has a function for moving the management number from
the memory area of an immediately preceding processing unit to the memory area
of a processing unit which received the carrying tool of a process management
memory in synchronism with carriage of the carrying tool. The processing unit
received the carrying tool acquires processing information from the database of
the management means (9) based on the management numbers associated with the carrying
tool and performs a predetermined processing.
