Abstract:
A production line of an elevator compensation cable, the production line comprising a main portion (10). The main portion (10) comprises: a feed unit (1), an extrusion unit (2), a cooling unit (3), and a packaging unit (4). The feed unit (1) is connected to the extrusion unit (2). The extrusion unit (2) is connected to the cooling unit (3). The cooling unit (3) is connected to the packaging unit (4). The main portion (10) is a vertical well-type or tower-type production line perpendicular to the ground. The production line of an elevator compensation cable of the present invention eliminates a traction device employed in a horizontal production line to prevent a stress problem caused by non-uniformity of applied traction forces. In addition, the vertical well-type or tower-type production line is under the action of downward pulling gravity, thus eliminating the need of a traction drive force and preventing torsion or tangling of a product.
