Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a cured film that exhibits superior abrasion resistance. [Solution] The present invention pertains to a method for forming a cured film, the method being characterized by comprising (1) a step for obtaining a reaction product liquid by performing hydrolysis and polymerization reaction of an alkoxysilane in the presence of an acid catalyst, (2) a step for forming a cured film precursor by forming, on a base material, a coating film using the reaction product liquid or a concentrated liquid thereof or a diluted liquid thereof and then subjecting said coating film to heat treatment, and (3) a step for obtaining a cured film by applying a heat treatment while the cured film precursor is kept in contact with an inorganic alkali solution.
