Abstract:
A production method for a high-nickel medium-thick steel plate for low-temperature service. The steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: C: 0.05-0.08%; Si≤0.30%; Mn: 0.50-0.80%; P≤0.008%; S≤0.005%; Al: 0.02-0.05%; Ni: 3.0-4.0%; Sb≤0.003%; B≤0.0005%; O≤0.0015%; N≤0.0050%; H≤0.0002%; Cu+Cr+Mo≤0.08%; and Ti+Nb+V≤0.01%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The key process steps comprise smelting, continuous casting, heating, rolling, cooling, surface treatment and heat treatment. According to the present invention, hot delivery and hot charging technology is used, and by controlling iron oxide scale on the surfaces of a plate blank and a steel plate, the surface quality of the obtained high-nickel steel plate for low-temperature service is good; moreover, the steel plate has excellent low-temperature toughness, and the Charpy impact absorbed energy at -100°C is greater than or equal to 60 J.
