Abstract:
A production method for a high-strength, high-toughness and weather-resistant bridge steel plate. The steel comprises the following components, in percentages by weight: C=0.05-0.08%, Si=0.10-0.30%, Mn=1.20-1.50%, P≤0.015%, S≤0.005%, Al=0.020-0.050%, Ti=0.010-0.030%, Nb=0.030-0.050%, Cu=0.30-0.50%, Ni=0.30-0.60%, Cr=0.40-0.60%, Mo=0.10-0.20%, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurity elements. By means of heating, rolling, cooling, finishing and heat treatment processes, a layer of compact and uniform oxide scale with extremely high adhesion is obtained on the surface of the steel plate, which layer can have the function of "stopping rust with rust", such that the atmospheric corrosion resistance of the steel plate is improved. In addition, the steel plate further has high strength and toughness, the yield strength is larger than or equal to 500 MPa, the tensile strength is larger than or equal to 650 MPa, and the -40ºC impact absorbing energy is larger than or equal to 120 J. The method can be used for manufacturing and exposing bridge steel structures.
