Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production method for gelatinized instant porridge using gelatinized rice, and gelatinized instant porridge produced by means of the method, wherein the nutrients of brown rice can be kept intact, and can be ingested as a porridge having a balance between smoothness and viscosity, around one minute after cold water has been added.
