Abstract:
A production method for a marine atmospheric corrosion-resistant steel sheet. Steel comprises the following components in percentage by weight: C: 0.03-0.08%; Si: 0.15-0.30%; Mn: 0.60-1.50%; P: ≤0.025%; S: ≤0.010%; Al: 0.020-0.050%; Ti: 0.007-0.030%; Nb: 0.010-0.060%; Cu: 0.20-0.50%; Ni: 0.50-3.50%; Cr: ≤0.50%; and Mo: ≤0.30%, and the balance being Fe and inevitable impurity elements. The key process steps comprise heating, rolling, cooling, surface treatment and heat treatment. In the present invention, by controlling the iron oxide scale and the rusty scale on the surface of a casting blank and a steel sheet, the steel sheet can quickly obtain a phosphate, nitrate or chromate protective film layer having strong adhesion and a uniform and stable nickel, chromium, copper or calcium-containing oxide layer protective film; in the use and service process of the steel sheet, rust liquid sagging is prevented, and the effect of stopping rust with the rusty scale is achieved.
