Abstract:
Provided is a program development assistance device (70) for assisting the development of programs to be used in a control device of a train control and monitoring device provided with a plurality of in-train networks and the control device for transmitting and receiving signals between the plurality of in-train networks. The program development assistance device (70) is provided with: an input unit (71) which, when the control device is constituted of a plurality of communication boards for performing communication with one in-train network out of the plurality of in-train networks and a control board connected with the plurality of communication boards, receives a communication board network communication data definition file to be used by each of the plurality of communication boards; a generation unit (73) which, using the communication board network communication data definition file, generates a control board input/output signal variable definition file to be used by the control board for performing communication in a common communication data format which is a communication data format common to the plurality of communication boards; and an output unit (74) which outputs the control board input/output signal variable definition file.
