Abstract:
In the present invention, a printer management application 41 is executable by a CPU 11 of a PC 1, and causes the CPU 11 to collect a plurality of print logs 51 generated respectively by printers 2-6. The plurality of print logs 51 include information on the number of prints 455 and a user ID 452. Furthermore, a user ID 421 is identified by a user registration database 42. Information on the number of prints 455 sorted according to the information of the identified user ID 421 is extracted from the collected plurality of print logs 51. Output data is generated, the output data being based on the extracted number of prints 455 information and being based on a user name 422 or a cost coefficient 446. The generated output data is displayed on a user IF 15 of the PC 1.
