Abstract:
In the present invention, a PC 1, using a printer management application 41: collects a plurality of print logs generated by a plurality of printers 2-6; receives, via a user IF 15, a user name to be associated with a user ID included in the collected print logs; and registers, in a registration database 42, the received user name in association with the user ID. A plurality of user IDs may be associated with one user name. Furthermore, the PC 1: reads, from the user registration database 42, a user ID registered in association with a user name; extracts, from the collected print logs, information on the number of print pages corresponding to the read user ID; and generates output data in which the extracted number-of-print-pages information is organized by user name, and outputs the output data.
