Abstract:
The present invention has: an extraction unit that extracts, on the basis of input information from an external source, the location information of a transmission station and of a reception station and the frequency of radio waves transmitted from the transmission station; a calculation unit that calculates, on the basis of the location information and the frequency, the three-dimensional distance between the transmission station and the reception station and the free space loss of the radio waves; a processing unit that carries out a process to extract, from a two-dimensional image of a region including the transmission station and the reception station, each of the edges, in the two-dimensional image, of a structure that reflects the radio waves; a generation unit that generates, on the basis of the location information, the three-dimensional distance, the free space loss, and the edges, input data for use in machine learning; and a learning unit that uses the input data generated by the generation unit to carry out machine learning to estimate the propagation characteristics of the radio waves between the transmission station and the reception station.
