Abstract:
A protection pipe (100), comprising a pipe wall (10) and fluffy warp yarns (50). The pipe wall forms a pipeline for allowing a cable to pass through, and comprises first warp yarns (11) and first weft yarns (12) which are woven by warp and weft; the fluffy warp yarns are located on an inner surface of the pipe wall; the fill power of the fluffy warp yarns is greater than that of the first warp yarns; the fluffy warp yarns and the first weft yarns are woven by warp and weft, and the fluffy warp yarns form multiple intersections with the first weft yarns; each fluffy warp yarn spans multiple first weft yarns between two adjacent intersections. When the protection pipe is impacted by the external force, the pipe wall having a large hardness can protect the cable. At the same time, the fluffy warp yarns cushion so as to reduce the friction between the protection pipe and the cable. Moreover, the fluffy warp yarns span multiple first weft yarns between two adjacent intersections formed with the first weft yarns, so that the fill power of the fluffy warp yarns can be further increased, thereby further improving the cushioning effect of the fluffy warp yarns.
