Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of processing and manufacturing. Disclosed are a protective colloid and a use method therefor. The protective colloid is prepared from the following raw materials: a UV epoxy modified acrylate polymer, thermal expansion particles, a plasticizer, an active monomer, and a cationic photoinitiator; the weight percentage of the UV epoxy modified acrylate polymer is 40-65%; the weight percentage of the thermal expansion particles is 2-10%; the weight percentage of the plasticizer is 10-15%; the weight percentage of the active monomer is 10-30%; and the weight percentage of the cationic photoinitiator is 1-3%. According to the protective colloid and the use method therefor provided by the present invention, the condition that the protective colloid is separated from an attachment in a processing process is not easy to occur, so that the protective colloid can effectively protect the attachment; and the protective colloid is not easy to denature, so that the probability of formation of residual glue on the attachment is decreased, and the protective colloid is convenient to strip off.
