Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pelvic/waist protector and an electric inversion table using same, the pelvic/waist protector comprising: a belt main body of which the length is extended at both ends thereof so that the inner surface of the belt main body wraps around the pelvis and waist of a user; an air tube which is disposed on the inner surface of the belt main body, and of which the volume is varied by means of a fluid; and distribution members which extend downward from the belt main body, wherein the distribution members are formed so as to be pulled toward the lower side of the waist of the user, and thus, the weight of the user may be supported by the pelvis and waist when exercising.
