Title:
PROTEIN-IMMOBILIZING SOLID PHASE, POLYNUCLEOTIDE-IMMOBILIZING SOLID PHASE, AND NUCLEIC ACID RECOVERY METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/065782
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention provides a protein-immobilizing solid phase and a polynucleotide-immobilizing solid phase that make it possible to recover nucleic acid efficiently from the solid phase, and an efficient nucleic acid recovery method. In one embodiment of the invention, the protein-immobilizing solid phase is obtained by immobilizing, on a solid phase, an mRNA(23)-nucleic acid linker (2)-protein (33) complex obtained by linking mRNA (23) and a protein (33) encoded by this mRNA (23) via a nucleic acid linker (2), the protein-immobilizing solid phase being characterized in that the nucleic acid linker (2) has a photocleavage site (2c) and a solid phase-binding site (2b).
