Abstract:
A pulse modulator circuit comprising a pulse modulation mixer that receives a local oscillating wave and a first pulse wave and mixes a 2n multiple of the local oscillating wave (where n is an integer) with the first pulse wave to output an RF pulse signal; and a switch circuit connected to the RF terminal of the pulse modulation mixer and turned on/off by a second pulse wave to pass the power (RF pulse signal); wherein the pulse width of the second pulse wave is longer than that of the first pulse wave, and when the first pulse wave is on, the second pulse wave is also on.
