Abstract:
The claimed pulse sequence consists of the following steps: a) During an initial phase (I), a sequence of hard radio-frequency pulses (RF1-RF8) is irradiated and at the same time a gradient is introduced in a first direction (GR-); b) During a third phase (III) the gradient in the first direction is reversed (GR+) and the nuclear resonance signals produced in a sequence of scanning intervals (I1-I8) are scanned; c) The partial sequences arising from steps a) and b) are repeated n times.
