Abstract:
The invention relates to a plasma-generating device, to a plasma reactor comprising a plasma-initiating device that allows the formation of plasma with any gas by applying a RF potential via an electrode, without having to initiate it with another contributing gas. Furthermore, said plasma is used in the decomposition of hydrocarbons and other compounds for producing graphenes.
