Provided is a technology that makes it possible to achieve an improvement in characteristics and size reduction of a pump that pressure-feeds a fluid by means of bending and vibration of a plate-shaped piezoelectric actuator. A pump structure according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises: an actuator capable of bending and vibrating; a fixation part that is provided so as to surround the actuator; and a support part that is provided integrally with the fixation part and the actuator to thereby connect the fixation part and the actuator, and that supports the actuator so as to be able to bend and vibrate with respect to the fixation part. The actuator and the fixation part are not similar in shape. When an imaginary line passing through the central point of the actuator is drawn on the plane of the plate, the support part is provided at a location at which the difference between the distance from the central point to the outer shape of the fixation part intersecting the imaginary line and the distance from the central point to the outer shape of the actuator intersecting the imaginary line is maximized. The support part has a fold-back part at which the support part can be overlapped along the outer shape of the actuator.
