Abstract:
Provided are a puncture path determination system, method and apparatus for brain lesions, and a medium. The system (100) comprises a measurement handle (110), a positioning device (120), and a computing device (130). The positioning device (120) is configured to acquire a spatial position and a posture of a probe endpoint of the measurement handle (110), select a datum plane from medical imaging scanning pictures, select, on this plane, three feature points located on the body surface as registration points, and acquire spatial coordinates of the registration points by means of contacting the probe endpoint of the measurement handle (110) with the registration points, so as to determine the datum plane; acquire position information about a target point relative to the datum plane by means of medical imaging scanning data, so as to obtain spatial position coordinates of the target point; and, according to the spatial position coordinates of the target point, adjust a direction of the measurement handle (110) to point to the target point, thereby determining the direction and depth of the puncture path. According to the puncture path determination system, method and apparatus for brain lesions, and the medium, the acquisition of positioning information is convenient, the operation is simple, and the device is also prevented from causing trauma to a patient, thereby facilitating popularization and ensuring the operative effect of the patient.
