Abstract:
A purine reduction treatment method, apparatus and device, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The purine reduction treatment method comprises the following steps: a first cooling step: performing, according to a first predetermined cooling rate, a first cooling treatment on a food ingredient to be treated, so that the temperature of said food ingredient is reduced to a temperature below the freezing point; a second cooling step: continuing to cool said food ingredient subjected to the first cooling treatment, so that said food ingredient is cooled to a partially frozen state; and a fresh-keeping storage step: performing fresh-keeping storage on said food ingredient in the partially frozen state.
