Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a push-pull power amplification system and a radio frequency front-end module, the push-pull power amplification system comprising a push-pull power amplification circuit, a post-stage synthesis balun, and a first matching network; the push-pull power amplification circuit comprises a first push-pull power amplifier and a second push-pull power amplifier; the first push-pull power amplifier comprises a first output balun; the second push-pull power amplifier comprises a second output balun; the post-stage synthesis balun is configured to receive a first radio frequency amplification signal and a second radio frequency amplification signal, and implement conversion and synthesis of the first radio frequency amplification signal and the second radio frequency amplification signal to output a radio frequency output signal; and the first matching network is disposed between the push-pull power amplification circuit and the post-stage synthesis balun, and is configured to convert the inductive impedance of an output end of the push-pull power amplification circuit into capacitive impedance, to thereby increase the maximum output power of the push-pull power amplification system, and enable the push-pull power amplification system to support a larger bandwidth whilst achieving the objective of impedance matching.
