Abstract:
Pyridazinone derivatives of general formula (I), (wherein R1, R2, and R3 each represents hydrogen, hydroxy or alkoxy containing up to 5 carbon atoms, or two of them may be bound to each other to form -O-CH2-O- or -O-CH2-CH2-O-, R4 represents an alkyl group, n represents an integer of 0 to 4, and dotted line represents a single or double bond) or salts thereof are useful as cardiacs, and have both vasodilating and hypotensive effects.
