Abstract:
The present application discloses 2-acetamido-3-carbomethoxy-5-(6,7-dihydro-
6-oxo-4-arylamido pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine –5-)methylene-1H-pyrrole
derivatives of general formula (I),processes for their preparation, the pharmaceutical
compositions containing them and their uses as therapeutic agents especially
as protein kinase inhibitors. The definitions of substituents in formula (I)
are the same as description.
