Abstract:
Disclosed by the present application are a quantum random access memory (QRAM) architecture quantum circuit construction method and apparatus. QRAM architecture is used for accessing data and has a binary tree structure. The method comprises: dividing the basic structure of each circuit in the binary tree structure; according to quantum bits comprised in a circuit basic structure, determining quantum bits required for a basic quantum circuit to be constructed; determining inputs and outputs of the basic quantum circuit according to a relationship between the quantum bits required by the basic quantum circuit; according to the inputs and the outputs, constructing the basic quantum circuit corresponding to the circuit basic structure by using the required quantum bits and quantum logic gates. Also disclosed by the present application is a quantum address data analysis method, which is applied to a pre-constructed QRAM architecture for accessing data. The QRAM architecture comprises at least one layer of sub-tree nodes, and each layer of sub-tree nodes comprises corresponding address bits. The quantum address data analysis method comprises: when a target quantum address is received, acquiring each piece of quantum address data in the target quantum address successively from low to high; successively transferring each piece of quantum address data to address bits of sub-tree nodes in a corresponding layer of the QRAM architecture by means of a preset quantum circuit so as to complete the analysis of the target quantum address.
