Title:
QUANTUM DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING QUANTUM DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/223531
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This quantum device comprises a higher-order topological insulator layer and a superconductor layer. The higher-order topological insulator layer has: a first surface and a second surface which are parallel to each other; a third surface intersecting the second surface and positioned closer to the first surface than to the second surface; and a fourth surface intersecting the third surface and parallel to the first surface and the second surface. The superconductor layer is formed on a line of intersection between a plane including the third surface and the first surface.
