Abstract:
A quinazoline derivative represented by general formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a hypotensive containing the same and having a slow and persistant hypotensive effect, wherein R1 and R2 represent each hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl, or R1 and R2 are combined together to form an ethylene group; R3 and R4 represent each C1-C6 alkyl; R5 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 alkoxy; R6 and R7 represent each hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; and n represents 2 or 3.
