The present application relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a radio frequency circuit and a communication device. In the radio frequency circuit, by means of a phase processing circuit, orthogonal baseband signals can be converted into a plurality of baseband signals having the same amplitude and a predetermined phase difference, so that a communication device can obtain better communication quality according to the plurality of multi-phase baseband signals when transmitting or receiving signals. The radio frequency circuit comprises a mixer and a phase processing circuit coupled to the mixer. The phase processing circuit is used for receiving orthogonal baseband signals and generating multi-phase signals on the basis of the orthogonal baseband signals, the multi-phase signals comprising m analog signals, wherein a phase difference between any two analog signals having adjacent phases is fixed, and m is a positive integer greater than or equal to 3; and the mixer is used for frequency mixing of the multi-phase signals to generate a radio frequency transmission signal.
