Abstract:
A railway freight wagon bogie having high dynamic performance, comprising two wheelset assemblies (1), two side frame assemblies (2), a bolster assembly (3), two elastic side bearing assemblies (4), a lower swing apparatus (5) and a basic brake apparatus (6); bearings (7) are disposed at each end of a wheelset assembly (1), and both ends of each side frame assembly (2) are installed on the bearings (7) located on the same side of the two wheelset assemblies (1) by means of journal box elastic suspension apparatuses (8); the two elastic side bearing assemblies (4) are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the bolster assembly (3); two ends of the lower swing apparatus (5) are each mounted between the two side frame assemblies (2), and two ends of the bolster assembly (3) are each mounted on the lower swing device (5) by means of central spring assemblies (9); and the basic brake apparatus (6) is hung on a fulcrum seat of the bolster assembly (3) by means of a brake suspender; and a traction pull rod assembly (10), a vertical hydraulic shock absorber (11) and a transverse hydraulic shock absorber (12) are also disposed between the side frame assembly (2) and the bolster assembly (3). The present bogie has good dynamic performance and good stability, and meets the comfort requirements of special cargo transportation and long-term operation of personnel on the vehicles.
