Abstract:
A reactor 1 is provided with a separation membrane (30), a first flow path (11), and a second flow path (12). The first flow path (11) is provided on a non-permeable side of the separation membrane (30), and the second flow path (12) is provided on a permeable side of the separation membrane (30). The material gas flows through the first flow path (11), and a sweep gas flows through the second flow path (12). In a lateral view of the separation membrane (30), the direction in which the sweep gas flows through the second flow path (12) is opposite to the direction in which the material gas flows through the first flow path (11).
